Booking Procedure

Booking any of our Amazing & Colourful Soft Play Hire Equipment couldn’t be easier with several different ways to secure your desired booking. Here at Cushion Fun we understand that planning any event whether it is for a Special Little Boy or Girl’s Birthday Party, a Wedding or any other kind of Special Occasion can be a challenge whilst caring for young children and carrying out everyday tasks and duties. That is why we have gone above and beyond to provide you with every possible way to secure your desired booking and date. 

No matter Day or Night - because who needs a clock anyway, you can contact a friendly Cushion Fun Team member by Email, SMS Message, through our lively Facebook Business Page, via Whatsapp or by telephoning a member of the Cushion Fun team whom will be delighted to assist you with your booking and or any other questions or quires you may have, no matter how big or small.

Upon confirmation of your desired hire purchase order/booking and once we are in receipt of your Booking Fee Deposit Payment (which is sadly Non-Refundable however it is Transferable, please see our Full Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions for further details) we will then issue you with your Booking Conformation Email along with your Booking Fee Payment Receipt for your reference.   

This will then be all the hard work done by you, so you can then sit back and relax with peace of mind that Cushion Fun Soft Play Hire will do the rest of the hard work for you. Upon delivery of your chosen Soft Play Hire Equipment you will witness untold little faces of excitement and delight. 

Both our Full and Short Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions and our Risk Assessment Safety Sheet will also be attached to your initial Booking Email along with your Hire Purchase Invoice - giving you, the hirer the chance to read and have a little look through all of our Terms & Conditions and our Safety Recommendation Sheet at your leisure before your hire date.  

We will then bring a copy of our Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions for you, the hirer to sign on the day of your hire. 


Deposit Procedures

Here at Cushion Fun Soft Play Hire we ask for a Booking Deposit Fee of between £30.00 and £35.00 depending on the total hire purchase balance and if there are any additional Delivery fees payable. The Booking Fee is to be paid at the time of the booking to secure your hire purchases order and date, either as a cash, bank or paypal transfer payment. The booking fee amount will then be deducted from the total hire purchase balance which is payable up to one week before or on the day of your hire. 

All Booking Fee's are Non-Refundable unless cancelled by us. However here at Cushion Fun Soft Play Hire we understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we are more than happy to offer to transfer your hire purchase booking to another date that's both suitable for yourself and ourselves; subject to our current availability. We do however require you, the hirer to provide us with at least seven (7) days notice in writing before your original hire date to request this amendment. Please see our Full Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions for more information on our cancellations polices.  

On the DAY of your Hire whether it is for a Single Hire Item or a Full Hire Package we also require a Maintenance/Damages Deposit Fee of £50.00 in respects to a cleaning, minor damages and ball pit “balls” deposit fee. Which is payable to our friendly delivery driver/s as a cash payment at the start of your hire. At present our delivery driver/s are sadly unable to accept cheques on the day of the hire. 

The Maintenance/Damages Deposit Fee (£50.00) will be fully refunded to you, the hirer at the end/termination of your hire agreement; so long as all of our Full and Short Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions have been adhered to and that all of our Hired Equipment is returned to us, as they were delivered and hired to you, the hirer; in a clean and tidy manor with no damages or prohibited items on them.
